Beef Jerky Video

Beef – a culinary name for meat from bovines, especially domestic cattle. It is an excellent source of protein, zinc, iron, and vitamin B12. I don’t have this everyday but from time to time it’s cool to have your favorite dish on the table. Here’s a nice video I saw on youtube to best show how it’s prepared at home. You can add more pepper flakes or reduce the amount of sugar according to your taste. Enjoy!
